HR at BPPE

All personnel recruited by BPPE are sent through a process of introduction of the company, which explains the company’s code of ethics and working standards. The company expects a high level of reliability and honesty when conducting its business activities and all personnel are expected to understand the company’s expectations and compliance to its requirements.

Annual appraisals are carried out for all staff members and bi-annual appraisals are done for selected persons. The appraisal is focused on performance evaluation of the respective employee.
